ECHS Softball Coach Maggi Welham has been named Coach of the Year by the San Antonio Express-News. She led the Hornets to their first-ever state semifinal appearance, finishing 21-13 and outscoring playoff opponents 103-48. Congrats, Coach Welham!

ECHS seniors Jayden Campos, Marshall Cavazos, and Belinda Rivera visited the Texas Capitol, attended live sessions, and were recognized on the Senate floor by Sen. Gutierrez for their outstanding preparation. Their visit is now part of the official Senate Journal.
