Hey @AmericanAir Yeah, maybe you did have police escort #talibkwali, a black man, off the plane, but there’s absolutely no reason for the flight attendant to get on the mic and say “I’m sorry for the monkey business” Read the room. No matter the situation, that was unacceptable.
