The roster has zero depth, no run defense, and a below average secondary. But yeah, it’s coaching, not the person who has had 4 years to put together the roster….
The Giants are 22-45-1 under Joe Schoen, but there's a strong belief in the organization that this year's team badly underachieved and would have been closer to .500 with better coaching. They believe they have strong pieces at key positions on both sides of the ball.

Players don’t tank or lose on purpose — I know that. But if I’m a Giants fan, I’m losing my mind over how the last two years have gone with their draft pick slot.
