Violence is a non-negotiable! Violence is always the X-Factor! . #BlockDESTRUCTION includes 3 phases: the strike, the lockout, the release. If the strike is violent enough, you won’t need to lockout or release because you’ve knocked him back or laid him down! 🤷🏿♂️ #LBPerformance
