Today my flight home got stuck on the tarmac for like six hours because of storms in our arrival city and it turns out in an emergency, my role is to be the person who lightens the tension with inappropriate jokes about who we’re going to eat first

So I responded, “I think two adults who have never heard of the HOLOCAUST would be a lot scarier” which was the wrong answer. The YP tried to convince me to apologize to the kids but I refused and eventually they had to let it go. I stopped going pretty soon after that anyway.

Apparently they didn’t want their kids learning about the Holocaust bc it was “violent and scary” and they had both come home upset and had a “nightmares” about it.

And they were like “yeah what is that?” so I proceeded to have to explain to a 15 and 17-year-old what the HOLOCAUST was and the following week I got in huge trouble bc it turned out the kids were homeschooled and their parents had called the church in a rage.

I got in huge trouble at a youth group once because I mentioned the Holocaust during a discussion and afterward two other teens came up to me and asked what I was talking about, and I was like, “you mean the Holocaust…?”

This “stand on business” game is so ugly and unnecessary and so is this entire season. It’s a real bummer that we’re spiraling toward the end of the show and there’s not a single couple that feels genuine, and now we don’t even have friendships to root for. #LoveIslandUS

#FinalDestinationBloodlines is EVERYTHING you want in a FD movie. The opening disaster is a top 3 for me. Likable characters add some much-needed emotional depth that the franchise has (in my opinion) been severely lacking since FD2. And Tony Todd’s sendoff is such a gift.
