Need some help! To all retro #Gamedev enthusiasts! We need help tracking down a collector with one of these rare #NeoGeo Pocket dev kits that has the Special NGP Flashcart as shown. (Mine is missing) Itโs a special Bootloader for the debugger software. Hoping they can dump it.
