I think my favorite young Coordinator option for the Raiders is Chris Shula. Im very intrigued. Like many others would prefer an offensive mind but not seeing a clear cut "Ben Johnson" out there. Is Kubiak him ? Maybe .

Im no scout .... but i do wonder . How would Simpson and Moore look if they were switched . What if Simpson had that dominate Run game. I see tangibles in Ty Simpson that do translate to the NFL . But I also see the inexperience. If a guy like McVay gets him , watch out.
