I had forgotten it was the anniversary today. I remember vividly watching the news that night. Many years later, I visited the memorial at Lockerbie on my advanced driving course in the cops. I remember being moved, as all of us were in the three cars that drove into Scotland
21 December 1988. Pan Am Flight 103 from London to New York exploded in midair over Lockerbie, Scotland, killing all 243 passengers and 16 crew members on board plus 11 Lockerbie residents on the ground. A Libyan terrorist bomb detonated in the cargo area of the plane.

So my go to de stresser is to go into the woods and strike up a bivvy and tarp and live in nature. Due to my back injury I have not been able to do that. My back is now strong enough to return there and boy do I need it 🌱
