On National Dress Day (March 10), ADM highlights the importance of traditional attire as a symbol of history, culture, and identity for the Chaldean Syriac Assyrian people, emphasizing the need to preserve this heritage and pass it on to future generations.

ADM delegation attended the condolence gathering in Erbil for former Iraqi Communist Party Secretary Abu Dawood (Hamid Majid Mousa). The delegation conveyed condolences to the leadership of the Iraqi and Kurdistan Communist parties and to the late leader’s family.

Assyrian Democratic Movement’s Amadiya branch joined the International Mother Language Day event at Syriac Zahrira High School in Deralok, Duhok, on Feb. 25, 2026, celebrating the Syriac language through student speeches, poetry, theater, and art honoring heritage and identity.

Skokie will raise the Assyrian flag on March 2, 2026, at Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park in a historic first for the city, honoring the deep roots, cultural heritage, and ongoing contributions of Assyrian community in the United States.
