Da power sword an’ lightin’ wuz cracklin’ all froo da Orks bonce…didn’t eeven matta! Kept fightin’ an’ stabz da runty ‘Oomie in da side wiv a big ol’ toof! She twists ‘er sword an’ ends da Ork proppa’. It were a good scrap! Da scene shows ‘dat we don’t stop fightin’ so eezee.

No, they are not equivalent. A Battle Sister outclasses an Ork Boy easily in a 1v1 fight. Ork Boys are only effective in numbers. In canon (not tabletop, because tabletop strength and canon strength aren't the same) a single Battle Sister could go 1v3, maybe 1v4 against Ork Boyz
