I've always wanted braces to fix my crooked smile. That seems like a bonus after this year.
On a lighter note (quite literally).....since getting my clear braces 9 days ago, I’ve lost 4lbs. Treadmilling 4 weeks prior to that, I gained weight....WTAF? 🤦🏻♀️🙄 Not saying you should straighten your teeth over fitness..BUT, I’m loving my Invisalign diet 😉🥰😋
