All the cameos were in funny scenes that weren't that important to the plot, so starting the movie with Mark would've been so weird.
As visible in MatPat's video, Markiplier's cut cameo in the 'FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S' movie was that of a Freddy's Security Guard, with MatPat specifically saying he was supposed to be the one at the start of the film.
