Edo State govt house should be divided into 3. The main admin house in Benin City, annex in Ekpoma or Uromi, and another in Auchi/Fugar or Sabogida Ora or Igarra. Amend the Edo State Constitutional provision, then appoint Administrative Mayors in the 3 Senatorial districts.

The first step in actually developing Edo State is by de-centralizing the government into 3 and spreading it to the other 2 Senatorial districts. An example is Delta State where Asaba and Warri serve as the administration house. The current Governor, Sheriff governs from Warri.
