In 2014 I told you I would get as built as Marky Mark here on twitter- Since then Ive gained 75 pounds. I have trained so hard Ive developed back problems. I have trained so hard I have plantar facitis from the weight gain. I wouldnt have it any other way. I couldnt feel better
