It was a sizzling hot 5S event today @nhsuhcw on Ward 41. Admin, HCA's, Nurses,Therapy teams & Finance teams started the day by discussing Wastes and making plans to test ideas.They headed to the Ward & the 5S magic began. Looking forward to seeing the results #betterNeverStops

Had an amazing few hours with our fabulous Emergency Medicine teams yesterday. with over 70 staff trained in UHCWi Value and Waste training. Well done Team. Special thanks to @AdrianCabaluna and Liz for your support. See you all again next week 😀 @MarieFogarty7 @UHCW_KPO.

5S strikes again, eliminating Waste for Ward 33 Endo. Using 5S to relocate storage closer reducing motion Waste. Visual Contols helped time waste. It helped them understand stock levels to prevent over ordering & Kanbans to support restocking. Thanks @jas_hayer,Pat,Jo & Marion
