Thanks to Chipotle for helping me figure this out. White rice: really upset gut. Brown rice: no issue. The difference? "Fortified", folic acid rice. The key was figuring out it had nothing to do with gluten. Many glutenous food are fortified, gluten free are not.

Not only has my brother lost 20 pounds effortlessly after starting methylfolate, but now my Mom is reporting noticeable health improvements after taking it. My health has radically changed. Stop eating folic acid. Stop eating "fortified" foods. It's poison.
