It’s still early, but @4nsmiley looks at whether redistricting could be coming to Nebraska. Legislative rules call for a Redistricting Committee in each “year ending with 1,” yet the Nebraska Constitution doesn’t explicitly prevent mid-decade changes (like some states do).
