Wanted to highlight some nice improvements in movement quality from @michaelhilker4 so far this fall. Narrow ISA RHP, who’s lateralized/pulled down on the right with ER’d hip sockets. Initial strategy was to side bend/hang back to superimpose IR to try and produce a down force.

Cool things happening with @newtforce already. Leveraging data and video to teach kids that both the timing and amount of force applied are important in the pitching delivery. The results for Hudson here were staggering, these videos were 3 pitches apart 😳
