Products that get discontinued all the time:. Shampoos, conditioners, lotions, deodorants, body washes, spray paint, wood stains, laundry detergents, cleaning supplies, limited edition products. You can easily make an extra $500-$1,000 monthly flipping these types of items.

Balancing a full-time job with reselling isn't easy but man is it rewarding when it works out.

Most eBay sellers just throw stuff in a box and ship it out. If you add a packing slip, write a quick thank you note and ship with some bubble wrap. Really doesn't take much to beat the competition.

It’s hard to lose when you show up every day.

Something that's really helped me when I'm feeling anxious or overwhelmed is the 3-3-3 rule:. • Name 3 things you see around you.• Name 3 sounds you can hear.• Move 3 parts of your body. It pulls you out of that mental spiral and brings you back into the present moment.

Just flipped a $6 discontinued carpet cleaner for $50. It never gets old.

Something better is always around the corner. Newer phone, a bigger house, a brand new car, better appliances. None of it matters though. If you can't find happiness in what you have, you're chasing something that doesn't exist.

Every single morning represents a new opportunity to strive toward the life you want to live. Make today count.

A piece of advice from my experience:. Instead of trying to build multiple side hustles at once. Focus on the one that energizes you the most. Go all in on it.
