I’ve just received this book @lornaarnott @kate_wall98. It looks really appealing from the cover! What about the content🤩? It has a fabulous number of visual illustrations! I’m excited to read it all.

When we asked her about doing that she said, “ I want my idea to have a chance to be read by you”. She impressed me by exercising her agency to make her voice heard although no one teaches her! ⚡️✨.

During the voice work my student teacher uses, girls used to write their thoughts on a piece of paper and place them in the thoughts box. Surprisingly, we found a girl had written the same thought 5 times and posted it in the box.

Reflecting on my supervision of one of my student teachers today @QatarUniversity, founding myself guiding her to do voice work with year 4 students. What a change my PhD gives me! 🤩 Thanks for helping the change happen @lornaarnott @kate_wall98 @helleborio.

My story “Today Is My Birthday” was read and discussed by year 3 students @ Nord Anglia International School Al Khor in Qatar, during the “World Book Day”🤩. Children brought stories from home and read them to their classmates!
