9/The launch saw 40 young women starting a 2 day training in making hand sanitizers and masks. The YWCA's Vision is to provide, co-ordinate and facilitate technical and enterpreneuship skills and management training that support the empowerment of women all in fear of the Lord.

8/"The program is meant to support young women to sustain themselves. Economic hardships have forced young women& girls to engage in risky sexual relationships.This puts them at risk of contracting STIs.Some of the relationships result in unplanned pregnancies &unsafe abortions

4/YWCA joined the fight against Covid-19 by launching a mask & sanitiser production project with the aim to empower young women as well as help to contain the spread of the novel virus.The Launch saw a no-holds-barred, interaction on a number of issues that affect young women.
