It’s important to add that I was totally professional but it felt like one of those moments which will inevitably create ‘distance’ between me and others in the meeting.

Ha a moment today that caught me totally unaware. It felt out of body. I spoke up in a meeting that was exploring how to ‘handle’ a child within a setting. I disagreed with the ‘solutions’ being mentioned. They didn’t feel psychologically safe. So why do I feel bad? #TwitterEPs
