We're Going 3D After weeks of experimenting, we've made a decision: Yumi is pivoting from Live2D to VRM (3D). Why the switch? Live2D limitations we hit: - Drawing dozens of angles for every expression - Fake depth that never quite feels right - Physics that fight

pivoting from 2d to 3d avatar (on the works) and not going back 2D: flat sprites, limited angles, fake depth 3D: real physics, head tilts when you drag it, eyes actually track your mouse, lighting that feels alive the uncanny valley flipped - 3D feels MORE natural now
