When the senses are disciplined, the mind becomes stable. Such a mind becomes free from anger, passion, infatuation and fear. It remains unperturbed in the state of sorrows as well as of pleasures and makes one free from confusion, delusion, indeterminate reason and egoism.

My inspiration this week was from Light on Life because life needs the advice right now. "The human body is the finest machine. The orchestra of bones, muscles, tissues, nerves, blood vessels, limbs and organs in the circulatory, respiratory, digestive and glandular systems

I had to work some stuff out on my yoga mat last week. A difficult week dealing with some difficult challenges in life led me to challenge myself on my mat to absorb myself in the practice. Taking me out of my head and back into my body. At times like this I'm always drawn back
