Arrhythmia detection on multi-lead ECG from the Dokuz Eylul Heart Rhythm Management Centre dataset achieved AUROC 0.967 (CNN). SHAP analysis identified HRV and QRS morphology as key contributors in AF, VEB, and SVEB classification.
