We introduced a new HTM, antimony-doped tin oxides (ATOx) in inverted perovskite solar cells. ATOx improves the interface's stability and minimise recombination losses in 1cm2 cell. Big congrats to Jia Li and Haoming Liang! @NUSingapore @NatureEnergyJnl

Thrilled to share that the perovskite solar cell technology is steadily advancing! Our NUS team achieved a new record 24.35% efficient perovskite solar cells with an active area of 1 cm2. This result has been added to the Solar Cell Efficiency Table (version 62).
