I made a joke on FB that I shared on IG and someone said they had already seen it elsewhere and I told them to go check X cause it’s there too and now I’m blocked. I’m gonna go post on linked in or whatever hoping it finds them.

when I was a baby, a random lady working at a hospital told my mom I’d never be normal. that bitch was right. It’s like she was Maleficent and I was Aurora but instead of falling asleep indefinitely, I’m up at 3:30 am sobbing over the ending of Pitch Perfect 2.

I was commissioned by @latimesimage to write a poem about Los Angeles, the fires and our devotion to each other. grateful to do so, I cannot write our city enough love poems.
