As part of our careers unit, Year 4 were so excited to welcome music composer and producer, Farooq ! Not only did he share with us all the amazing projects he has worked on, but he even got some of us up to compose some beats. @arkvicprimary

Yesterday, our brilliant Year 4 students took part in the exciting Wondermaths Competition! The day was packed with brain-teasing challenges that tested their problem-solving, reasoning, and decoding skills. @arkvicprimary

In PD this term, we are focusing on careers. We have lots of amazing people lined up to speak about their careers. This week we welcomed David, a Cyber Security Analyst. He spoke to us all about the importance of his role in keeping people safe online. @arkvicprimary

Year 4 had a very busy first week back! In science, we were exploring how distance impacts sound. Using decibel meters, we recorded the volume of sound as the distance increased. We had to be super quiet so it was a fair test. @arkvicprimary
