Tragic: 06 persons died, 06 rescued and 03 are still missing after a Boat Capsizes in River Jehlum at Batwara Srinagar. Among the 15 people, 07 were school going kids. Joint Rescue efforts by Police, Army, SDRF, NDRF, City Administration underway. Condolences pouring in.
