How to crush the ball when puntingβ¦
Tues Tip: Try driving the ball at waist height!Β This is a tough skill to master but will force you to get over the ball and help you to develop a good 'meaty' strike.

Tues Tip: Dominate your kick with your opposite shoulder.Β If your shoulders quit it allows your hips to open early and causes a slice. Lead with your shoulder, dominate the strike and follow along to the target.

Tues Tip: Run don't flick!Β Jogging over the impact point smoothly allows power sequence to be pillar, hip and quad as you jog. No need to flick your leg as the ball is 'crushed' underneath you and fizzes away.
