Pourquoi n'y a-t-il pas des terres d'asile pour réunir tous les hommes incapables de vivre en société avec des femmes et des enfants sans essayer de les violer ou de les tuer ? La prison est inadaptée, c'est l'exil à vie qu'il faut, à un moment.
