We started off in the University court for our Business activity, lead by Jovana with Jodi and Robyn, on their first shifts. We moved rooms for Emma to lead HaSS with another of our new mentors, David, before we wrapped up with our STEM experiment led by Jessica, Arsal and Holly.

We had a fantastic visit from Cuthbertson Primary 6. So many questions and such inquisitive pupils, a joy to work with. A brilliant day for new 5 mentors, 2 returning top mentors working their first shift of the year and 3 experienced mentors keeping up their great work so far!

Last Wednesday we had Dunard Primary 6 pupils visit us on the @UniStrathclyde campus. The pupils tested a science experiment, got creative with book covers and shouted some brand logos at our mentors. We had a great day with the pupils and as ever our mentor team did great work.

We launched the Young Strathclyder P7 programme 2025/26 at Chirnsyde Primary last week. Our mentors travelled in style in a stunning red and yellow taxi. Reiss took on the role as the first "computer" of the year, and along with Holly, Rachael and Paige we had an an amazing team.

Last Thursday we had a brilliant visit from St Benedict's Primary P6 pupils. The class came with so much energy, the loudest class we've had this year for screaming out logos and a lot of fun for us to work with!

Last Tuesday, we were joined on campus by P6 pupils from both Chirnsyde Primary School and Oakwood Primary School. Both schools made it a day to remember and gave us lots of amazing answers. Our mentor team performed brilliantly on another day with lots of new staff and changes!

We had a fantastic day with Bankhead Primary School and Miller Primary School P6 pupils on campus recently. Both sets of pupils were so engaged and our mentors were excellent on the day. Five brand new Young Strathclyder mentors making their debut on one event was a great moment!

We were delighted to welcome @WellshotPrimary to our campus for our first Young Strathclyder P6 event of 2025-26 at the beginning of September. The pupils were the first ever group to try our new P6 Science activity with a balloon experiment. There were some brilliant attempts!
