Leadership isn't about age but about willingness to take responsibility. You don't need people to start leading. I had the most joy and impact when I created (10 years ago) a clear vision for myself. Leading yourself is maybe the most challenging part! π

It's never too early or too late to strive for excellence. Success comes from doing the right things and aiming to be the best at doing them most efficiently. π

I did all the "climbing" without any degree, but as I got the resources, I invested heavily in education. Before that, the internet and YouTube did the trick (and still do). Credentials matter, but they aren't your identity. πͺͺ

I got promoted by almost all of my employers. Climbing the corporate ladder wasn't about titles but the value I could bring and the positive impact I could have. πͺ

Interestingly, one of the foundations of customer service and sales is the same for leadership. Want happy customers and people? Smile! That gentle smile will help customers/people stay. π
