The calorie difference between an espresso & a latte is significant! Especially the cumulative over a month!! Then you throw in a syrup & a chocolate muffin!!

2 shakes, a salad & a load of laxative teas isn’t a good approach to weight loss! . Understanding food, fitness & creating a weekly sustainable routine IS A REALLY GOOD APPROACH TO WEIGHT LOSS & HEALTH! . Sadly we are attracted to extremes & many people go for the the first 🤦‍♂️😢

Choose your coffee wisely! Maybe have a rethink this morning, especially if you are trying to create a calorie deficit. The difference is huge! A SMALL tweak to your coffee choice can make a MASSIVE change to your weekly calorie intake!! Marshmallows and syrup aren’t cool!!

If you don’t get yourself back up the priority list things will start to slip. At a basic level just energy levels as fatigue creeps in!! This will only reduce productivity & increase irritability. But prolonged periods of not living healthy lead to illness.

One night like this a week adds 8200 calories to your month. Add in the more calorific days most people have after an evening on alcohol. This could easily be more like 10000, adding 4 or 5 extra days of calories a month or 48 to 60 extra days of calories a YEAR!!
