7.5hrs in the @TraegerGrills Woodridge and stew is done. It's a little thin to be honest but that's entirely my own fault. I know I screwed up measuring the liquid at the beginning. I gotta say though, the flavor is outrageous. Really happy with my results despite my screw up

A lil guiness over the top stew on the @TraegerGrills. This beauty isngonna smoke all day with super smoke setting until cooked through. Then I'll cube it up and cook it at a higher temp to finish.

4lbs on the @KamadoJoe and 4lbs on @TraegerGrills. The traeger resulted in a more maple forward smokey finish and the KJ was more subtle maple with smoke. Distinctly different results but both produced the best results I've ever had. Next time, Asian inspired burnt ends.

Saw a report that there's yet another remake of Halo coming. Can we not?!? Honestly, nobody wants that shit and as much as i enjoy Halo, I'm good with the series taking a good long nap. They have no idea what to do with it so they should leave it alone then reboot totally.

Making some bacon tonight on the bew @TraegerGrills Woodridge Pro. I have Supersmoke setting on but I'm not super impressed with how much smoke is in there. I can get more out of the @KamadoJoe with the slo-roller
