I love it when I it get anxious/worried/doubtful about something but then I remember the last thing I was anxious/worried/doubtful about and God took care of it , so I just give the burden up to God and he replace with peace and rest like he said he would.

Workout for one day , nothing happens workout for 60, you’ll slowly see a difference. Moral of the story, consistency is the key, it’s not if you can do something, it’s how long you can do it effectively.
