The full set of my EMEA Ascension videos are now out. A lot of work went into making these. Thank-you to all the players who were willing to take part, in some cases it was a first English interview, in others they had 7 days to practise so I'm very grateful!

He has been very good at giving them structure and helping them create their own identity while still playing smart. The thing which most teams miss at the moment is a coach that knows what needs to be focused on and knows how to create a playstyle around the players and meta. 4

I was always impressed when I joined one of his sessions, to see him have the almost perfect balance between having his own will and listening to the players. This also shows when you go take a look at the young teams he has been working with. 3
