Rep. Justin Fornstrom, R-Pine Bluffs, was sworn in Tuesday as a state lawmaker, filling a vacancy in House District 10 left by John Eklund, who died in November after a battle with cancer. WyoFile spoke with Fornstrom by phone following his swearing in.
