No compromise,
@Dodgers
. Admit that your decision was wrong and go back to your original plan to honor and include the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence at Pride Night.

Writing about and through my worries and traumas has been the most healing thing for me. I own these thoughts and experiences now, instead of them owning me.
So happy we removed our lawn three years ago and planted this drought tolerant gay garden. The bees are loving our catmint (nepeta) and salvia mystic spires! 🐝
Is it okay to admit you’re proud of your own writing?
This looks like it’ll be the last proof copy needed before I take the publishing plunge. Nervous and excited!
All done. The carpet looks great upside down. Who knew we’d be spending the day redoing our bedroom’s sitting room? It’s homo-work of the highest order. 🏳️🌈💜
Today marks ten years that Luis and I have been legally married. In August, we’ll celebrate 28 years together. He’s by far the best thing in my life, and I love him to bits!

TFW your husband, who’s been HIV-positive for nearly thirty years, gets his biannual lab results and he’s still undetectable and all his levels are in the normal range.
Wow! HOMO-WORK has been nominated for several Queer Indie Awards.
I really have a chance at winning Best Overall Nonfiction.
You can cast your vote here. 🙏😘
Who's W.H.O.?
My initials are W.H.O. and stand for Wynward Hextor Oliver. I was born with hexadactyly, which means I have six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot. I guess I was destined to be a writer--and a

This was our pandemic project. We were randomly gifted about 1000 soda bottle caps (because who else to give such treasures to but two crafty homos?). It was my idea to place them in a Pride ombré design. Zoom in to see detail. 🌈
I haven't been active on Twitter for very long and don't have thousands of followers, but I truly enjoy the supportive, intelligent, naughty, loving, creative, and campy people I've met on here! It gives me great joy to read your posts and to interact with you. 💜👏
The surprise rose bouquet my husband handmade for the debut of Homo-Work. Yes, he fashioned the buds from the pages of old books and decorated the box with some library-inspired paper. Perfect in every way! 🥰
I don’t know about these things, but I think 15 copies of HOMO-WORK purchased in the last 30 days is pretty good for a queer-debut-indie author.
😍🙏🥰🏳️🌈
My husband just came home from running errands and bought me the little ceramic lemon jar on the right because “I didn’t think you had a lemon in your fruity cookie jar collection.” True gay love.
Luis and I are celebrating our 28th Valentine's Day together. We're still doing our

My fashion designer husband hauled home a broken down chair he found on the street. Although it was in tatters, he claimed he could revive it. I gave him a month to try or I’d toss it. Here’s his creation, crafted from fabric scraps he had.
Our Lego flower bouquet is expanding. More rainy days ahead, and Luis has three more new Lego sets to build. What could they be? (Hint: only one is floral.)

My first attempt at homemade biscuits. Complete failure, yet I followed the directions faithfully.
Then I checked the box of Bisquick. Could the “best by” date of November 2013 have anything to do with it???
I just heard that HOMO-WORK was read by two husbands. One read it in their home in Portugal, and the other read it while working in Korea. They both gave it five stars!

International homo-husband literary love!🏳️🌈💜
You know you’re an indie author when you’re jumping for joy at the 26 cents your weird little gay book has earned so far today for the 62 pages read on Kindle Unlimited.

For our 28th anniversary today, I surprised Luis with a private tour of Randyland given by the artist Randy himself. These are colored bottles suspended to catch the changing sunlight. Absolutely magical!!!
On Sunday , we’re visiting the newly remodeled home of our dear friends (a gay couple, of course). I thought this gleaming set of dainty utensils would be the perfect hostess gift.
This gay camp icon deserves a place in my homo home library. I was drawn to Phyllis Diller from the moment I saw her as a kid. That laugh! The cigarette holder! The fright wig! Those booties adorning her bird legs! 💜
I bought this house for many reasons, but the library sealed the deal. Except, I’m running out of room to house all the books I love, especially the Queer indie novels written by my fellow authors and friends.
