Very high chance the Taylor Swift concert in Nashville will get canceled… thinking of all the fans that went through h*ll and back to get those tix… Hope for a reschedule instead of a cancellation!

Got my official gear, time to go live on-air from the St. Patrick’s Day parade tomorrow from downtown Pittsburgh!
Yes it’s my first time live with KDKA, and it’s when it’s snowing❄️ How Pittsburgh is that?!🤪
Check out this groundhog hat we received from Pineapple Lane Home and Crafts! How adorable! It was handmade with love in Home, PA. Thank you so much for sending us these so we could wear them today😁
This was a comment left on my fb Lunar New Year post.
I do not tolerate racism even though I’ve dealt with it my whole life. I’m not letting this get to me because I know I’m not the kind of person to leave a public comment like that. It’s just sad that this is still happening.
On Saturday,
@MeganShinn
wore this purple/black dress, and I told her I had the same one. So I decided to wear for Sunday just to even it out😂💜🖤
Join us on
@KDKA
until 9 AM!
🎉ANNOUNCEMENT🎉
I am the newest meteorologist at WKBN in Youngstown, Ohio! I’m so excited to start this new journey in a place where both my husband and I are able to start our lives!
Catch me weekend mornings and Saturdays at 6!
Officially off the market💍
I just returned from my vacation in Panama City Beach, Florida, and I’m now back a married woman!
I had the most personalized and perfect family only ceremony Friday evening along the beautiful Gulf Coast. I couldn’t have asked for anything more🥰
❄️SNOW❄️
Happy Novembrrrrrr 1st! This is what it's looking like in Slippery Rock this morning. It's why we've declared it a First Alert Weather Morning! I'm tracking it all now on
@KDKA
this morning.
TWO YEARS FROM TODAY: We will experience a solar eclipse in the mid-afternoon, however most of our region will be on the edge of the the eclipse's path of totality. Pittsburgh is expected to see 97.1% totality. You will have to head west/north to experience totality!
I’m filling in tonight, and we’re on at 10/11 for this Saturday!!
Also a big congrats to
@Erika_Stanish
for officially becoming the weekend evening anchor!
@KDKA
Can’t say the folks at Acrisure Stadium weren’t warned! Grateful I get to have these opportunities and to warn people (in this case 30 minutes before the storms arrived) that they need to be aware of the impending weather!
It’s the final Friday of 2023!🎉 Can you tell we’re excited?! We’re cracking jokes and getting you ready for New Year’s weekend now on
@KDKA
!
@EMokay_OnAir
@DavidHighfield
Hubby and I stepped outside to see the eclipse!
If you’re wondering about our glasses… I ordered some a month ago, but they were wet and covered in mold when I opened them up yesterday🤢
So we cleaned off the lenses and taped them to sunglasses, and it worked!😂
Pittsburgh has never recorded three 70°+ days within the month of February. So if we hit 70° this Thursday, that will be the first time happening on record. Also we'll break or tie another record high...
@kdka
Are you watching our new meteorologist
@jordanevanswx
on GMT? He’s making his on-air debut this morning! Be sure to tune in and say hello! Btw, he needs some Central Texas recommendations so be sure to send some along to him!
It’s a First Alert Weather Day!🚨 Get ready for some snow this afternoon!❄️
@MeganShinn
and I are keeping you updated with the latest forecast and local news on
@KDKA
all morning long!
Such an honor to interview the newest
@NWS
director Ken Graham this morning. Be on the lookout for some specialty weather stories later on in the year!
Still upset I didn’t lead into David Koechner saying “LOUD NOISES.” Pretty awesome having him on PTL today!
Anyone else an Anchorman or The Office fan?!
Asian American, Native Hawaiian, & Pacific Islander Heritage Month is happening right now! Being of Chinese heritage is something I am very proud of, and glad I work for a place that embraces inclusivity & diversity!💕
AANHPI HERITAGE MONTH SPOTLIGHT: Falicia Woody-Zercher
Falicia is our Marketing Manager, and she is of Chinese heritage. She is a proud advocate for the Asian community in Pittsburgh by speaking at diversity events and telling stories of successful Asian Americans!
It may be gray, gloomy, and rainy…. But Pitt football is back with the spring blue/gold game at 1 PM today!
The start of regular football season is the return of the backyard brawl against WVU here at Heinz Field Thursday September 1!
💙H2P!💛
Thank you to Avalon Elementary for having me this morning! Around 250 students got to learn about the weather and even see some really cool experiments! I also especially loved that some of the students had weather crowns made for today🥰⛈☀️🌪
