I've been mulling this over but I'm changing the name of the world in my WIP from #Tiriande to #Tirial. Why?. First, I found that there's a second #Tiriande created by another World Anvil user. This will avoid confusion. Second, I'm starting to like the sound of #Tirial more.

As for Umaryn, she feels no connection with the Dunsairk gods and her prayers are in vain. She does get desperate enough to pray to Yvnos, the Dunsairk trickster god and actually gets an answer. She commits heresy by making a deal with him. /4.

One of the most amazing deeds performed by gods is to simply show up in person and speak for themselves, unlike gods people worship on Earth. It's rare but it does happen! /3.

Gods give boons usually as a stroke of luck if they're feeling nice. If they're upset with you? A stroke of misfortune might befall you as a warning. Gods are usually subtle about these things. /2.

#AugustWorldbuilders #writingcommunity #readingcommunity #booktwt.Days 9-12.#Tirial. Gods tend to interact with the mundane in subtle ways. most of the time. One typical way is to send dream visions to the clergy as a way of communication. /1

At my job, I work with a Karen who thinks she isn't a Karen. We all trash talk her behind her back. Her life stories and personal anecdotes are so boring that she actually has me questioning my own self worth, i.e. "Am I ever as dull and boring as this aging hoe bag?"

Saga of the Misbegotten would work best as a movie, either animated or live action with a huge budget. Just so long as Disney doesn't touch it.

Finally, gods with enough pull set the framework for mystical abilities over the worlds they control. This allows for different "magic systems" on various worlds. /10.

Gods can also take on a physical or possibly quasi-physical form if they wish. In this form, they can even mate with mortals, producing half-divine demigods. But this is rare and usually done with some purpose in mind. /9.

Nobody knows why he did this, not even the Primordial Gods. Or if they do know, they aren't talking. His starry corpse lies atop the Cosmic Egg. Everything is an echo of his existence, especially the gods themselves. /8.

Finally, Aeton should be mentioned. He was the most powerful god to ever exist. He was the only being in existence until he committed ritual suicide. From his wounds spilled forth infinite potential which coalesced into the Cosmic Egg multiverse. /7.

Above them are Primordial Gods. These being are nigh omnipotent. One such being is Kalkyriot, the Lord of Chaos. Such beings can produce effects across the entire Cosmic Egg or even "rewrite" an entire universe from the quantum level up. /6.

Above the pantheonic deities are the Elder Elemental Gods. There are only four of them: Sulidar (Fire), Immimar (Water), Arnwyn (Earth), and Ardathion (Air). These deities can affect the element they govern across all the worlds of an entire band of the Cosmic Egg multiverse. /5.

Below those gods in power are beings like the Lesser Gods of #Nhimidar. These gods are locked into a set form and have far more limited power taking the form of discreet abilities rather than broad categories. /4.

Third, gods vary in power. Mostly, you have pantheon type gods who seek worship from mortals (most of the time but there are exceptions). They have power on a world-shaking scale. /3.
