The progressive plan has long been to burden citizens with laws, regulations, taxes, fees, and more while looking the other way when foreigners do not follow or pay. We are now seeing it come to light in one industry or area of life after another.

Crime drives poverty. Crime, violent, political, and so on steals what people produce and destroys what they build. As a result they stop doing beyond the minimum to live. Only when the theft is minimized or eliminated does prosperity come.
El Salvador stands in direct defiance of the well worn lie that, “Poverty causes crime.” Criminals cause crime, and the working poor are the ones who suffer the most. This is true in El Salvador, America, and everywhere else.

In Illinois it is insane how much better off government employees on every level are. Yet at every turn they complain they get too little.
They’re called “public servants” because that’s the legacy language — not the economic reality. Today it’s largely a euphemism maintained for optics, even though many in those roles enjoy greater security, higher lifetime pay, and richer retirement benefits than the taxpayers

It's all about power over people. Those the governments want to have cause problems for us will continue to be exempt as they are now. This the chipping of people that was floated 20 years ago recycled into a new form. Same purpose.

Democrats created a system of selective enforcement that they use to avoid the penalties and costs they imposed on everyone else. Then cry when they are selected. No everyone doesn't do it because democrats will prosecute unconnected people & political enemies.

Government limits the supply of something. As demand increases, price increases. Government keeps supply limited, introduces govt programs to help people pay high prices or controls price for some. Price skyrockets. Government claims the market failed.

We all knew it was about stealing land from people. Government set the conditions for a massive fire, crippled the ability to fight it, then waited. There was no incompetence, it was cold intent not well hidden behind incompetence and blaming 'climate change'.
