Alot of Juco/NAIA assistants make very little $. At the same time they work extremely hard.Most recruit, do field work, do laundry, get to practice first-leave last, and spend an enormous amount of time trying to help the program. Juco/NAIA assistants deserve alot of APPRECIATION
