The way the UTL works may seem like a foreign concept at first, but that's expected – it's a completely new paradigm! Think of this thread as planting the seed. Wire is not just another boilerplate fork of another L1, L2, or L3, or a basic cross-chain messaging protocol to burn.

How does Wire’s interoperability work?⛓️. Instead of bridging assets across chains, which breaks the consensus and native security that the assets have. We keep assets on their native chains. Users swap the ownership rights of underlying assets in the UTL rather than moving.
