The result is deeply disappointing not only to our class members, but also to their loved ones and the communities they belong to. We will continue fighting on behalf of our immigrant communities who need permanent relief from Congress.

Recalling former workers is essential for racial justice. Let's pass worker recall legislation in Connecticut!

Research shows that "worker recall" legislation – which requires employers to rehire workers based on tenure and qualifications once jobs return – can help create a more equitable economic recovery.

The pandemic has left many people unemployed, especially Black and brown workers. Worker recall can help restore jobs, benefit employers, and jumpstart the economy. Let’s rebuild CT - pass worker recall legislation!

BREAKING: our #DACA lawsuit with @NILC and @MaketheRoadNY resulted in a court order today that restores DACA to its original state before the Trump Admin's attacks began in 2017. New apps are being accepted, current recipients can keep renewing & now access advance parole again.
@MaketheRoadNY @WiracYls The Court today set aside Chad Wolf’s July 2020 memo. This means the government must: 1️⃣ Reopen the #DACA program to first-time applicants, 2️⃣ Return the period of protections to two years 3️⃣ Make Advanced Parole available to DACA recipients again without restrictions.
