IMO stadium renovations will be a bigger priority when the dust settles. Practice/player facilities likely taking a back seat.

About time. All these new facilities, like dorms with lazy rivers, luxury donor lounges…were built with money that should have gone to players’ pockets.
The athletic departments had to maintain non-profit status somehow!
