The NCAA has been sued again. RaeQuan Battle filed a complaint relating to denial of his transfer waiver. The most interesting of the 12 counts is that the NCAA tortiously interfered with his #NIL agreement with collective @CountryRdsTrust . Complaint👇

@WinterSportsLaw @CountryRdsTrust It is crazy to think that 2 WVU athletes are the ones with the courage to fight NCAA and break them. Shawn Alston's lawsuit brought about NIL and @RaeQuanBattle will obliterate the waiver process.
