Steven has been doing customer support since the beginning and will continue to do it for the foreseeable future. We believe that customer support is a very important job and should be done by an experienced Bitcoin miner that knows the industry inside and out.

We have been accepting credit card payments on @Square for hosting bills and Bitcoin miners since Jan. 2023. I am 100% positive we were the first hosting company to do so. We explained the hosting business model and why there is very little risk of a chargeback for Bitcoin.
