Content & Copy Research - What’s working and what do we need? Probably the most common gap we find when onboarding new clients. A serious lack of high quality grade content and no real process in place to get consistent assets to test within their ad account.

Matching that with working out their Breakeven ROAS, Scale ROAS and revenue goals. It’s important to be aligned with all of your clients goals BEFORE you launch. This will save any misunderstandings later down the line.

Product, Pricing and Sales Strategy - What products are selling at what prices? This is directly led by the SWOT analysis and again involves the clients input. We need to understand their margins, goals and aspirations.

Key to educate or remind your client on this point. We often see kick back on changes. Because the client believes the site/creative/offer/pricing etc is fine the way it is… However the market & data is telling a different story. Not bringing this gap will lead to churn.
