To top it all off, elements of the spa weren’t working either! What a nightmare of a stay! The @HytheImperial don’t consider this grounds for a refund, however, I strongly disagree. My advice…DO NOT STAY HERE. video evidence of the noise, if needed…🤷🏻♂️5/5

Unfortunately I don’t feel it’s a hotel’s place to determine what I do and don’t do on NYE. If a hotel room isn’t soundproof and is affected by the ballroom below, don’t sell it. Interesting to see the hotel received a good review from @TheTelegraphUK too… how on earth?? 4/5

seems totally unreasonable. We couldn’t have a conversation all night. Despite complaining earlier in the evening, late at night and first thing in the morning, @HytheImperial consider case closed as they ‘don’t expect people to be in their rooms at midnight on NYE…3/5
